Meet Miss Macridis


I am very excited to be at St. Marguerite teaching grade 3 for the 2013-2014 school year. I would like to take this opportunity to share a little bit about myself. 

I grew up in Hinton and attended Fr. Gerard Redmond for all of my K-12 Education. I attended Grande Prairie Regional College and the University of Alberta where I obtained my Bachelor of Eduction with a minor in Special Education. I have taught both grade 3 and 4 at St. Gregory School in Hinton. This will be my fifth year teaching and my second year in Spruce Grove at St. Marguerite Catholic School. I feel blessed to join a staff of talented and kind individuals where everyone has made me feel very welcomed.

In my free time I enjoy traveling, volunteering, music, the guitar, playing sports, swimming and spending time with friends and family. I recently purchased a home and this also keeps me busy. I have been involved in many ministries with the Church including music ministry, lector, acolyte, children's liturgy and Parish Council. 

I look forward to meeting all of you; I know we will have an excellent year.
